Specialized Physical Examinations
We provide high-quality comprehensive DOT physicals for CDL and heavy equipment drivers, as well as FMCSA certificates. Additionally, we perform pre-employment physicals, sports physicals for colleges and school age students, and assessments for adult living facilities (ALF). We also offer Veteran's C&P assessments (referrals only). Our providers are board certified in mental health and primary care.
